Locally produced honey hailing from an Apiary in Longniddry, East Lothian. A delicious Oil Seed Rape honey paired together with unwaxed lemon zest and fragrant ginger.
Oil Seed Rape honey should not be cast aside in favour of the more exotic types, it is one of the first major food sources for bees during the year and the bees love the high pollen content of the OSR.
How to Use
As you would any other honey, perfect for sweetening tea and baked goods. This is particularly delicious in a cuppa to combat the signs of hay fever.
