Locally produced honey hailing from an Apiary in Longniddry, East Lothian. A delicious Oil Seed Rape honey paired together with with unwaxed orange zest.
Infused with orange zest and creamed to perfection, ensuring it stays in a molten state.
How to Use
As you would any other honey, perfect for sweetening tea and baked goods. This is particularly delicious in a cuppa to combat the signs of hay fever.
