Scottish Blossom Honey
Locally produced honey hailing from an Apiary on the Falkland Estate, Fife. A delicious and delicate flavour produced from a variety of flora on the estate, in the Spring the bees are able to gorge on the delicate Apple Blossom trees and Rapeseed. During summer and later into the year, they will be found amongst the wildflowers, clover, phacelia and chestnut to name a few.
Important: the farm surrounding the Apiary is an organic farm with wonderful biodiversity making it perfect for bees!
