Learn how you can make the most of the produce you grow in your own garden with the Botanics’ Gardener & Chef series, developed in partnership with Edinburgh Food & Drink Academy.
In this class, you will be guided through our onsite Kitchen Garden by one of our garden experts to discover what’s in season, tips for growing locally, and how to be more sustainable in your home.
This will be followed by a two-hour demonstration of autumnal cooking utilising the harvest season’s lush diversity of crops and highlighting the benefits of eating fresh, led by a highly-skilled cookery teacher from Edinburgh Food & Drink Academy.
A full buffet lunch will be included in this class.

If you need to cancel your booking, please email comsales@rbge.org.uk as soon as possible. The cancellation is effective from the date your communication is received and is subject to the following charges:
Transfers will be treated as a cancellation and a re-booking unless there are exceptional circumstances.
Substitutions will only be accepted if the substitution is for the full duration of a course.
This is an adult education programme and you must be 16 years of age or older to book and attend an in person course.
RBGE members are eligible for a discounted rate on short courses.
To receive the member price, you must enter your membership discount code at checkout. This code can be found in your latest members’ e-newsletter or Botanics magazine (page 27 for the current issue).
Please note: we are unable to apply the member discount retrospectively or refund the difference after purchase.
