Learn all about Scottish seaweeds and their myriad uses. From gourmet cuisine, to nutrition, remedies and beauty applications, the day will be an exciting blend of part lecture and part hands-on workshop, so be prepared to try some unusual tastes and to get sticky.

This is an in-person course running at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. Participants must be 16+
