Poster from the solo exhibition American artist Julian Schnabel had in Inverleith House as part of Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2003. Tackling appropriately expansive themes such as sexuality, obsession, suffering, redemption, death, and belief, he has employed a diversity of found materials including broken plates and various textiles such as theatre backdrops together with thickly applied paint and viscous resin.
