It all starts with soil! Covering the structure and characteristics of different types of soil, we’ll test and identify your soil to give you a better idea of your growing conditions. Exploring the principles of soil improvement and planting recommendations for a variety of sites, we’ll also cover the process of making high quality garden compost to help your garden bloom.

This is an in-person course at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh and participants must be 16+
