Summer brings an explosion of flavour and fragrance: sweet-scented herbs, soft fruits and salty seaside greens. Foraging in this season offers the widest range of mouth-watering tastes and textures. Together, we’ll wander through wildflower meadows, learn how to harvest, prepare, and store health giving herbal teas, and create a refreshing cordial. This introduction to midsummer foraging will give you the skills and confidence to gather wild foods and drinks from the woods to the hedgerows.
