As autumn’s bounty fades, winter invites us to preserve and create. In this workshop, we’ll explore ways to store fruits, seeds, mushrooms, seaweeds, and other wild foods to see you through the darkest months. You’ll follow a traditional Scots recipe to craft an elixir for warding off winter colds and use foraged materials and reclaimed wood to make Scandinavian-inspired gifts and seasonal decorations. A celebration of resourcefulness and creativity in the leanest season.
