Locally produced honey hailing from an Apiary in Longniddry, East Lothian. A delicious Oil Seed Rape honey mixed with freeze-dried raspberries to produce a honey that beautifully balances the sweet and sharp. 

Oil Seed Rape honey should not be cast aside in favour of the more exotic types, it is one of the first major food sources for bees during the year and the bees love the high pollen content of the OSR. 

 How to Use

As you would any other honey, perfect for sweetening tea and baked goods. This particular one is fantastic as an alternative to icing on a cake and is delightful on a slice of toast
