Lacking in foliage and with little colour, deciduous species in winter can present distinct challenges for the photographer of trees. However, with their ‘skeletal’ forms revealed and the opportunities that can come when snow and ice adorn their boughs, trees can be compelling subjects for the camera. Responding to form, texture, light and the unique weather conditions that winter brings, this one-day course will help you to further explore your creative aspirations as a tree photographer for all seasons.
