Winter identification of deciduous trees relies on the shape, colour, position and arrangement of buds. This one-day workshop is designed for complete beginners and will equip you with the skills to identify trees throughout the year. The course fee includes the cost of Field Studies Council publication, Trees in winter.
This is an in-person course running at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. Participants must be 16+
